Julie Starbuck

Julie is a retired litigation attorney, and practiced law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She holds a Florida Real Estate license and a Florida Broker's License. She has been selling property in the Englewood Area since 2008 and has sold millions of dollars in property each year, including Residential, New Construction, Vacant Land and Commercial Property. She has taught and managed other Realtors®, teaching them to be successful agents.

Chad McKinney

Chad McKinney a true born Floridian with extensive local knowledge having lived everywhere from St. Pete Beach to Polk County to his now current residence of Rotonda. He believes the relationships developed through selling real estate are more important then the sale. Chad is a multi-million dollar producer but he is more proud of the friends he has made along the way. He can best be described in 2 quotes: Mark 8:38 " What shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and yet lose his own soul " & "Make a sale and you make a commission but make a friend and you made a fortune" -Jeff Gitomer.

Chad is not only a Realtor®, but has also graduated Home Inspection School and continually expands his reach into the other fields of Real Estate . He truly believes in having the knowledge necessary to help service his clients from contract to close and any and everything that may come between.

While he has extensive experience in negotiating, customer sales and giving over the top service because of the businesses he has owned (which included negotiating with Major League teams and getting unknown products into major distributors), his most challenging job by far is raising two beautiful and active young daughters, who are the joy of his life.

Matt Wojcik

Matt was born and raised in Englewood and graduated from Florida State University in 2013 with a Bachelor's of Science in Economics and Geography. When he moved back to the area, he decided to get his Real Estate license, following in his Father's footsteps, and started his career in the business he grew up around.

Matt has a true passion for the game of basketball, having played all four of his years at Lemon Bay High School. Now, he's spent the past several years coaching at the local middle school through the Junior Manta Program, preparing young men to play basketball at the high school level.

Matt is also involved in several other organizations throughout the community, one of which is Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast. He is also one of the founding members of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors Young Professionals Network, a group who give back to the community by having quarterly road/park trash pickups, holding free technology workshops for the public, and by giving scholarships to graduating seniors. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching/attending sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and visiting local breweries.

Matt has an extensive knowledge of the area, so whether you like golfing, boating, fishing, or spending the day at the beach, Englewood has you covered! He has a passion for helping others and is excited to show you why you'll fall in love with our beautiful beach community and be wanting to buy your own property in paradise!
